Q. Can I return my items?

We offer a 30-day return period. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll help you return your items for a refund.

Q. How do I start a return?

Starting a Return is Easy > Start A Return

  1. Go to our Returns Page: Enter your order number and email address to access your order.
  2. Select Your Items: From your order history, choose the items you’d like to return and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request.
  3. Submit Your Request: Once submitted and approved, you’ll receive email notifications with shipping guidelines and any next steps.

Q. When do I get my money back?

A refund equal to the value of your return order (excluding shipping costs) will be processed once the items are received.

Q. Can I Exchange Items?

Yes! To exchange an item:

  1. Return your item by following the Self-Return Shipping process.
  2. Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit for your exchange.
  3. Please note: additional shipping fees for exchanged items are charged by the carrier and cannot be covered by us.

Note:

  • Processing fee: An admin fee for processing and receiving returns may apply.
  • Return costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Custom-made products: Please note that returns are not accepted for custom-made products, as they are tailored to you and cannot be resold. 
  • Bluk orders: Returns for bulk orders are managed on a case-by-case basis.
